President - John Swierczewski
John Swierczewski has spent the majority of his career pursuing excellence in customer service. He is the former
Manager of Service Support for the Health Imaging Division of the Eastman Kodak Company. His areas of expertise
include on-site and remote customer support, process improvement and operations management.
John has been granted the Certified Senior Advisor (CSAŽ) designation by The Society of Certified Senior Advisors™.
He has also been appointed to the Richmond Diocesan Commission for Older Adults by the Most Reverend Francis X. DiLorenzo.
John received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan, and a Masters in Business Administration from the
Rochester Institute of Technology. John and his family are members of Church of the Redeemer. He is a board member
of both the Atlee Ruritans Club and Atlee Little League.
Training Advisor - Nadine Keene
Nadine Keene has been a nurse for over 20 years, in various settings including:
- Medical-Surgical ICU
- Cardiac Surgery
- Adult and Pediatric ICU
- Shock Trauma ICU
- Neonatal ICU
- Nursing Management
- Nursing Supervision
Nadine is currently an Assistant Professor of Nursing and Course Coordinator for Med-Surgery at J. Sargeant Reynolds
Community College in Richmond, Virginia.
Nadine received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and
a Masters of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Nadine and her family are members of Saints
Constantine and Helen Orthodox Cathedral.
